Selenium, Zinc, and the Marrow in Chicken Soup

If someone has cancer, selenium is your best friend.  The 200mcg daily dose is not an anti-cancer dose.  800mcgs is.

Also, for general immunity, two things are terrific.  One is zinc.  The other is chicken soup.  It’s not just a wives’ tale any more; it has been scientifically proven.  What’s in chicken soup that brings about health?  Is it the chicken meat?  Nope.  Is it the chicken fat?  Nope.  Is it the vegetables?  A little, I am sure.  But the health-providing ingredient in chicken soup and beef soup is the marrow from the bone.
